“Cat’s Whisker…” explores the multi-faceted role of ham radio—past, present and future—from tech innovation to pure entertainment.
Whether you’re a ham radio enthusiast or just curious, this film has something for you. It’s our second film in the History Makers documentary series, and it was chosen from among hundreds of films from around the world that were reviewed by the PJIFF jury.
